Here is the new WhatsApp
upcoming feature list for the Year 2023.
Kept Messages: This feature will allow you to keep your message on
chat. Usually, the sender will have the authority to delete the message but
this feature will give you permission to keep the message in the chat. Just perform
a long press on the message you want to keep.
Chat Transfer: The Feature will allow you to Transfer your Chat
from one Android to Another Android Device, you don’t even require an Internet
Connection to do this.
View Once Text: This Feature will allow readers to view the text
only once and then disappear. Readers can only read it once.
Block Shortcut: Usually When you received any messages on WhatsApp you
will open WhatsApp and block that message. But now this block shortcut feature
will give you the option to block the message from the notification Panel,
which means you don’t even need to open that message to block it. That will
save a lot of your time.
Screen Lock for
WhatsApp Desktop: Most of us are aware
that Desktop Apps for WhatsApp are not secure as we can’t lock it and set the password.
But now the Screen Lock option will allow us to keep a Screen lock for Desktop
Apps.
Call Tab on WhatsApp: The call tab Options are a new addition to WhatsApp, the
messaging platform. This new update will help users to keep a track of all
calls and many more.
Proxy Connection: This feature will allow you to use WhatsApp when you
are in a country where WhatsApp is banned. This Proxy connection will give you permission
to use WhatsApp without any interruption.
E-Commerce on WhatsApp:
As you know e-Commerce is everywhere, WhatsApp itself has its WhatsApp Business.
This feature allows users to do product listing, Sharing and if you want to buy
the product you can browse, and buy from WhatsApp only, you don’t need to Pay
from any other UPI payments as WhatsApp has its own UPI Payment Option
available.
Picture-in-Picture for video calls on iOS:
While some Android devices already use
picture-in-picture mode with certain apps, including WhatsApp, the
messaging service will support the iPhone's picture-in-picture feature released
in iOS.
