How to apply for a copy of refusal letter from UKVI

There may be certain situations where you may have lost your UKVI visa refusal letter or your consultancy have not provided you. And you may need it to apply for fresh visa application. In this case there are few ways to write an email to UKVI Embassy and request your Refusal Letter.

In this Blog, I will guide you step by step process for filling out the online Application.

Once you click on the first link you can there you will find a series of questions listed below:

1. Where are you contacting UKVI from?

Outside the UK

2. What do you need help with?

You can choose based on your requirement, OR you can choose “Something Else”

3. What language do you want to use?

Choose your Preferred Language

Once you click on the Next Step you will see a list of questions following 2 options to contact UKVI.

Online (Email):

Contact UK Visas and Immigration online.

Queries cost £2.74. You will not be charged for any follow-up emails about the same inquiry.

You will get a reply to your query within 5 days, except on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.

If you’ve not had a response within 5 working days, check your email’s spam or junk folder before contacting UKVI again.

You can get help on the phone from English-speaking staff.

Monday to Friday, 24 hours

Calls cost 69 pence per minute on top of your standard network charges

If you cannot contact UK 0300 numbers, use +44 (0)203 875 4669.

You can choose any option but I recommend you go with Online Service that will cost you less.

Once you click on the Link – You will see one form which contains your application details.

When you start filling out that form makes sure you have all the required details handy, i,e Your Passport No, GWF Application No, and email id which was used while filling out the visa application. following your Billing details. You can use your Credit Card/Debit Card to pay the fee.

Once you pay the amount you will get an email stating that your application request has been received.

You will get your desired response within 15 working days.

Note: If you required the Refusal letter on a different email address you can mention it in the Enquiry tab. Plz make sure to convey your request so gets your work is done smoothly.
