Once you click on the given link Log
in Page will appear -> Use your Email address to log in and set your
password. OR if you are an existing user, you can directly log in.
Once you Logged in you will see a list
of options. Choose to Apply for a Fresh Passport/Re-issue of a Passport.
Following that, you will see two “alternative” options available.

Fill it offline (an internet connection is not required to fill the form offline) Upload the filled form. upload the filled form here.
I would recommend you go with an
online form.
Once you choose the online Option you will be redirected to the
next page where you see options like “Applying for” fresh Passport/Re-Issue
the Passport, “Type of Application” (Normal/Tatkaal), “Booklet Type”
(36/60 Pages) Then Click "NEXT PAGE"
Fill in all the required details listed on the given page and
accept the term and conditions given on the page and click on “NEXT PAGE”.
On this page, fill in out your “FAMILY DETAILS” and Then
Click “NEXT PAGE”
On this page, fill in out your “PRESENT ADDRESS DETAILS”
and Then Click “NEXT PAGE”
On this page, fill in out your “EMERGENCY CONTACT” and Then
Click “NEXT PAGE”
On this page, you have to fill in the “PASSPORT
DETAILS/IDENTITY CERTIFICATE” and Then Click “NEXT PAGE”
On this page, you will see an option like “OTHER DETAILS”
Choose no as this page contains about your Criminal History if you
don’t have any criminal history choose “NO” to every option and click “NEXT
PAGE”
This page comes with “PASSPORT DETAILS VERIFICATION”
Please check the details shown below (I,e the spelling of your
name, address, etc.), which will be printed on your passport. Click “NEXT
PAGE” once you confirmed the details.
This page comes as a “SELF-DECLARATION FORM”.
By doing this we have completed the application form Successfully.
Now comes the part where we will pay the fee and schedule an
appointment.
Later, you have to “UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS” Once you
are done uploading the Document, on the left-hand side you will see a column
called “SERVICES” on that list click on “VIEW SAVED/SUBMITTED
APPLICATIONS”.
On this Tab, you will find your “APPLICATION NO#” once you
Check on the box you will see the table listed below with 3 Options.
1 – Application -you can see the option below
2 – Payment and Appointment - You can see your Payment Receipt and
Appointment details.
3- Receipt – You can download your Payment receipt from here.
